3rd Stainless Steel Generation Drum Biomass Carbonization Furnace is upgraded model with in- direct heating system, it equipped with individual Calcining compartment, recycled gas will become hot airflow return to heating chamber to heat up the furnace. Meanwhile drum will made by stainless steel, 304, 310S optional. The high-temperature combustion chamber of the main engine uses a hot channel method to allow the combustible flue gas to burn evenly, and maintains the carbonization temperature of the main engine barrel through thermal radiation. The secondary combustion chamber burns the excess flue gas at high temperature and then transports it to the multi-tube cooler for the next cooling process.
This system is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, dust-free, smoke-free and tasteless. The direct-fired type does not produce wood tar and wood vinegar. It adopts the stainless drum dry distillation and carbonization method to make full use of the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, and hydrogen generated in the carbonization process. The gas purification system separates dust (the dust will enter the cold carbon machine with the cold carbon equipment) and pure combustible gas, and then fully burns through the self-distributing air burner to heat the high temperature carbonization equipment (the temperature is generally controlled at about 700-800 ℃ ).
