Introduction
The charcoal briquette mesh belt dryer is specialized in drying rules or irregular various materials (such as charcoal sticks, charcoal balls, charcoal shisha tablets, various mineral powder forming shapes, food, flower, tea leaves, pepper, vegetables, etc.). Working Principle：
Raw materials are uniformly sent into the mesh-belt. The belt is drawn and moved inside the dryer by a driving device. The dryer is consisted of several independent drying sections. Hot air circulated separately and independently in each section. Part of damp air will be exhausted by exhausting fan. Hot air penetrates the belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top, and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process. Moving speed of belt is adjustable. The top and bottom circulation units can be freely equipped according to customer's requirement.

Application
The charcoal briquettes dryer can be used for drying charcoal briquettes, pillow/ egg/ oval/ Ball/ Rod/ Shisha briquettes. As our these years experience of charcoal briquettes drying, temperature inside the dryer shall be around 70-85 degree, and drying time depends on your briquettes moisture content! For example, normally the moisture is around 30%-35%, the drying time shall be around 4 hours or 4 hours half, or it can not be complete dried!
