Introduction:
The barbecue Biomass charcoal production line mainly processes various types of charcoal coal briquettes production for cooking BBQ and bulk industrial heating methods. This processing plant can produce barbecue charcoal of various specifications and sizes.
The production line is mainly consisted of a charcoal carbonization furnace(If we have charcoal resource already, this is no need), charcoal crusher, charcoal binder mixer, several models of charcoal briquettes forming machine, briquettes dryer machine, weighting and packing machine, as well as the other auxiliary parts such as conveyors, hoppers, silos, auto dossing system to increase the automatic production system. What can be raw material ?
The raw materials can be any kinds of charcoal, such as hardwood charcoal, coconut shell charcoal, biomass charcoal pieces from rice husk sawdust peanut corncob peanut shell,walnut shell,olive pomace coffee grounds,residues jute sticks almond nuts shell , etc. As well as coal cock dust.
