A Vietnamese customer has a charcoal factory and wants to produce coconut shell charcoal. After visiting many factories, we finally chose the continuous carbonization furnace equipment of our factory. Both of us are very satisfied with this cooperation.
2nd generation continuous carbonization furnace equipped with new smoke recycling system, no need so many water purifictaion tubes( use up big area), we burn all smoke directly as heating fuel. Heating by bottom whole special fire burning chamber. Heating result is much more better than previous models in the market. The inner design also total differ with previous models, enable larger capacity and increase the carbonizing efficacy. The final output can be use for activation plant, and premium biochar factory.

Advantages

Raw material
Input feedstock requirement suggested: ( To get higher efficacy and larger capacity)
1) Size thickness less than 50mm.
2) Moisture lower than 12%.
3) Biomass materials: wood chips, sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell, Nut shell, forest waste, agri-waste etc.
