Horizontal carbonization furnace

This machine is designed for horizontal load and unload wood/ sawdust briquette/ coconut shell etc biomass materials charcoal making carbonizing. Used for high quality charcoal making, changing wood/ biomass residues to 85% carbon content charcoal. In- direct burning type over 500 Celsius industrial standard pyrolysis, over 99% smoke treatment environmental protective & Energy saving design. Equipped with complete Purification system.

Load & unload wood log/ sawdust briquette/ biomass materials using an easy operating Pulley.

All smoke coming out from carbonizing will be treated by these purification devices. Drive by stainless steel draft fan. Smoke sealed in the water.

Raw material

It can carbonize a variety of raw materials, such as bamboo, coconut shell, logs and other materials with irregular shapes and large volumes. It can make the use of the gas from the raw material to heat itself , so after the preheating  no need to add any energy during the carbonization process, the carbonization flue gas is fully burned, no pollution to the environment.
