1st Generation Charcoal Furnace

This is the first generation charcoal making machine also similar with the traditional earth kiln by spontaneous combustion and batch type production. But with a draught fan to increase the productivity reduce the circle from half a month to 3 days. It increases the production time largely.

2nd Generation Charcoal Furnace

To increase the productivity and protect the environment, we invented the second generation charcoal furnace by destructive distillation technology,which can finish the carbonziation process from 3 days to one day even to 6-8 hours. This type machine has two models one is vertical hoist and the other is horizontal structure. We can use both of them for charcoal making easily and quickly.

3rd Generation Charcoal Furnace

For bigger and bigger demanding amount of the charcoal in the market,we designed a series continuous carbonizing furnace for bulk charcoal production.By this screw forcing inside and heating outside we can do the biomass pyrolysis at the same time from feeding and discharge. So that we can get a productivity up to 2-3t per day.

4th Generation Charcoal Furnace

In order to expend the applicable raw materials,we also make the 4th generation rotary drum continuous carbonization furnace for charcoal making. By this we can use all kinds of biomass particles to do the pyrolysis reaction. It is easy to control the speed and temperature of the reaction. Now we can reach a high charcoal productivity easily and higher final charcoal quality by adjusting the furnace speed and temperature.
