Working Principle of the horizontal charcoal machine

Ignition and Heating: An external burner or furnace is initially fired using wood, coal, gas, or recycled carbonization gas to gradually elevate the furnace temperature.

Gas Production and Purification: As heat rises, the feedstock undergoes pyrolysis, producing combustible gases (carbon monoxide, methane, hydrogen) along with 

tar and wood vinegar as by-products. These impurities are removed via gas separation and condensation units, yielding purified combustible gas.

Self-Sustaining Operation: The purified gas is fed back into the furnace to burn as a secondary heat source. From this point onward, the carbonization process runs 

autonomously without requiring any external fuel.

Stable Carbonization: When the furnace reaches around 600°C, the carbonization reaction stabilizes. The main gas valve is then opened to enable proper gas discharge 

and recycling, ensuring continuous carbonization.
