The main process goes as below: 

● 1 We find and plan using biomass materials, if it’s big sized, and high moisture, 

● 2 Then we will need use crusher( it can be Comprehensive crusher, drum chipper, disc crusher, hammer mill etc), and drying machine( based on production capacity, it can be rotary drum dryer, airflow impulse pipe dryer).  

● 3 Continuous carbonization furnace require feedstock size below 50mm, thickness below 3mm, humidity below 15%.  To make sure high production efficacy 

● 4 If you get ready materials to use( no need crush), we may need use sorting machine to remove metal and impurities, so we will need use rotary sieve. 

● 5 Charcoal making plant carbonization furnace. If you have abundant raw materials, you can use  carbonization furnace to produce charcoal directly to save cost to buy ready charcoal.( There’re so many options raw materials we can use: 

● 6 For bigger production capacity plant, we recommend continuously working rotary drum type model carbonization furnace. It’s 24 hours continuously working, high efficacy. Using LPG preheating+ using recycled gas to heating.
