Rotary Drum Biomass Carbonization Furnace

Rotary Drum Biomass Carbonization Furnace is new generation of efficient and environmental friendly continuous carbonizing machine.  It is used for carbonizing the particle materials( smaller sized)through dry distillation and oxygen-free carbonization.  The combustible gas (carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen) generated from carbonizing process are recycled, purified and burned cyclically.  Compared with the traditional carbonization furnace, it can not only prevent the environment pollution caused by smoke, but supply the heat energy that the equipment needs (sustainable, Energy Saving).

Working Principle of Continuous  Biomass Carbonization Furnace:

● 1. Adopt LPG Preheating, after only 1-1.5 hours, temperature will reach to 280 degree, then we can feed in raw materials, carbonization starts, will producing flammable gas very soon( 1- minutes if materials are dry).

● 2.  Burn the combustible gas, heat up the carbonization tank to keep carbonizing the biomass materials.

● 3. The combustible gas generated from both carbonizing process are purified, decomposed and recycled.  Wood tar and wood vinegar are recycled.

● 4. Continuously Feeding materials, continuously getting the final charcoal| biochar output. 24 hours rotary working.

Main Structure of Continuous Biomass Carbonization Furnace

● 1. Preheating system: gasifier, electric ignition control system, LPG| Natural gas burners.
● 2. Purification system: spray tower, oil-water separator, filter
● 3. Carbonization system. main engine, screw conveyor, discharging device, cooling bin.
