Production process
○ 1. Put the sawdust into the rotary drum dryer with transfer system.
○ 2. The sawdust are evenly distributed in rotary drum dryer cylinder, then fully contact with the hot air, speed up the drying heat and mass transfer.
○ 3. During the drying process, under the effect of plate and hot treatment in rotary drum dryer, the materials are dried evenly and efficiently.

Main Structure
Consist of rotating cylinder, transmission device, supporting device and shoveling plates etc.
This wood drying machine is resonably designed and with large drying capacity of 1-3Ton/ hore. There are shoveling plates in different angels welded throughtout inner side of the whole drum. The feeding place is set door ring and rotary shoveling plates to avoid materials splashing.
Working principle
● 1. In this system, wet raw material is input into hopper by conveyor, then large volume of hot air produced by the fuel furnace mixed with the wet powder in the rotary drum and moved through drying chamber by the power of fan blower.
● 2. As the material travels along the rotary drum, it keeps the suspending state together with the fast moving hot air and moisture and is rendered dry at the discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.
