The charcoal powder extruder is mainly used to make artificial charcoal from charcoal powder and the motor transmits power to the transmission through the V-belt.   The transmission output shaft transmits the power to the propeller through the floating coupling, and the propeller pushes the coal forward through the forming die to produce an ideal high-pressure charcoal briquettes.

The raw materials can be coal powder, iron powder, coke, aluminum powder, iron filings, iron oxide scale, carbon powder, charcoal powder, slag, gypsum, tailings, sludge, kaolin, activated carbon, waste powder and waste residue.
